2010 Performance Indicators In March 2010 TEC published a set of definitions and rules for Education Performance Indicators to be used from the 2009 year onwards. A report has been added to the Take2 Main Module to calculate thethree key measures: Successful Course Completion (SC), Student Retention (also know as “Student Continuation or Completion – SCOC), and Qualification Completion (QC).
